Always stretch fully after exercise, and if you can't exercise then stretch anyway!!
Stretches make rthe exercise count!!

  • I really pay for it when I don't stretch. I have arthritis so when I don't I do hurt the next morning - sometimes can barely walk for a while. But stretching helps so much!!
