Beat Evening Munchies With Pilates



When I looked back over my food and exercise trackers I realized that I have done a really good job staying within my calorie range on days I took pilates in the evening. My gym offers it 7:30-8:30pm twice a week. Takes away the evening munchies & helps me sleep better. Yoga might work, too!

    My problem is evening eating. I do great during the day, everything is well proportioned and with in my calorie intake. But once I get home, I just want to eat and eat and sleep. I don't know what to do. Maybe exercising at night can help me - by GRACIELU5
