15-30 Minute Walk During My Lunch Break



I'm lucky to have 1 hour lunch break. I eat my lunch and then I go out for a 30 min walk. It energizes me and helps me start off my afternoon on the right foot. If you only have 30 min for lunch, you can go out for a 10-15 min walk and still benefit from the energy and increased productivity.

  • Since last week I have been walking during my 15 minute breaks and my 30 minute lunch hour. I feel really relaxed after walking and each day I find myself less and less out of breath from the first time I did it. - by DANIRY
