I have a tendency to make everything I do about competition. While I know that this is not best, it still helps me to stay focused upon the task at hand.

  • Use the 15 min timer technique. Set your timer or phone for that matter to 15 mins of exercise, prepping food, filling water bottles, etc. You stop when that bell or ring goes off but over time, you are focused and in the midst of doing something and voila! Time just flies by! This applies to anything you have a hard time motivating yourself to do and it's great for those of us that tend to be procrastinators! - by SEYSARAH
  • I think I do better if I am a part of a team that is competing with other teams. Even if I would skip doing something because I just don't feel like it, I will do it so I don't let my team down! - by PERSISTANT123
