I don't get "paid" to volunteer but I get quite a few "perks".
I get a "free" lunch (yes I know-no such thing as a "free lunch") when I volunteer at the hospital. I received a membership to the historical society because I volunteer there. Plus there's the volunteer recognition lunches, etc. each year.

  • yes I know I used volunteer in the ER and they gave you free lunch and you can used the gym for free too. - by GLORILEE
