  • I use this method as well to stop the straying and I am seeing progress as a result. I have a goal of at least 10lbs per month so that when I am in the range of going down and keep within a certain range that would not allow me to reach my goal, I then decrease my calorie intake and increase intensity in my workout. - by MARDGY
