Breaking Down Something Big Into Something Smaller Baby Steps



This could be under motivation as well since the process could be used in any area of your life. I am breaking down the the traing workouts for the sprnt triathalong I am trainig for into baby steps. The are 14 weeks to go each week I need 2 running workouts, 2 cycling workouts, 2 swimming workout

More Information:

I also need 2-3 strength workouts a week. This means in 14 weeks I need to complete 112 worouts which is crazy. So I now have 14 big steps each with 8 babysteps.that means I have competed 6 baby steps so far.

    I break down my housework - I generally do something each evening - usually just one task - so that I don't have to do everything all at once on the weekend.

    I usually plan one task for each evening....except Friday..

    Like laundry one evening, cleaning or major tidying one room one evening.
