Smart Squeeze



It's a lite butter, only 5 calories per tablespoon, trans fat free, it's not for frying or baking but it tastes to me like butter. I use it on corn on the cob, baked potato, and toast. I think it is GREAT!

    My doctor told me to avoid products which are synthetic or highly processed foods. I love the taste of things, but I think it might be better just to eat a small amt of real butter and perhaps cut it or mix it with heart healthy oil, such as olive. - by SWALIS
