Track Your Food



It is amazing to see what you really eat when you write it down. What I find to be most helpful is the idea that it keeps me accountable and on track. When I am tracking my food intake I snack less and eat healthier. Being accountable for what you are doing so important to your success.

While tracking can seem hard and tedious at first, it gets easier and quicker over time. You learn how to put your meals together in a healthy way. It starts to become so easy that it becomes natural, to the point that you know what to do even if you are unable to track for a few days.

  • Tracking is my best feature of the Spark. It helps me keep track of what I am eating and if I should focus on getting more, let's say, calcium or carbs in my diet. It helps me adjust to accommodate those needs. Awesome! - by NANASNOW
