Vegtable Delite



I hate vegetables, however since I have started eating greens regularly every morning (green smoothies) my bs has never been lower. I used to be in the 300s now its pretty consistently around 125-155. By filling up on green vegetables the carbs aren't even a concern.

    Here is a good tasting recipe you may want to try.
    Makes 3 1/2 cups
    Serving is one cup

    1 cup green grapes
    1/2 cup pineapple
    2 cups fresh spinach
    1/2 ripe banana, peeled
    1/2 cup water
    1 cup ice cubes

    1. Place all ingredients into the blender as listed.
    4. Blend for 60 seconds on high or until desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately.
