Give It 5 Minutes



Promise yourself that you'll do at least 5 minutes of exercise per day. The likelihood is that you'll get into it enough that you'll keep going. If not, 5 minutes is at least better than no minutes at all!

  • Even if you exercised during just one TV commercial, you'd get close to 5 minutes in, so try exercising during all of them -- a 1 hour TV show will give you about 20 minutes of exercise. - by GOODMEMORIES

  • I started with 10 min 3 times per week and while I was at work i had to incorporate walking in place, yoga poses, arm and leg exercises, stretching, drinking water, and meditation.
