Do Bathroom Pushups



Everytime I go to the bathroom at work, I do some pushups. Not on the floor, of course, but on the counter. I stand about three feet away, position my hands on the counter, and do 10 'pushups.'

  • When in the shower, I hold onto the steady handle and do leg abductions and adductions against the side of the bathtub. Great isometrics! I am going to add the push ups and tricep dips to MY "potty training"! - by JONEC14333

  • I do the same thing but when I'm at the microwave. I put in my food and while it's running I try to do as many counter push-ups as possible or at least 10. Good idea with the bathroom though. - by SHAZPATT

  • Great Idea!!! I do wall-ups, squats and lunges when I go potty at work. I also use the restroom on a different floor and use the stairs. I team I used to be on called this "Potty Training"..... LOL - by DUTCH1811
