  • Note:My caloric range was LOWER when I started 1200-1550 cal. and I had TROUBLE with that!! Though I was able to eat around 1300-1500 cal.,it slowly went up,but BMR went up,TOO! Then,as I readjusted my cal. intake to up to 1600 and then where I am NOW-up to 1900 cal. ,it seems my intake just goes UP!--2000,2200,2400!! So,I'm going BACK to seeing the Menus of WHAT I ate to achieve the 1400s-1900s,but the WEEKLY Caloric Progress has HELPED ME and therefore,is a secret of my success in losing the 19.4 lbs. I have. - by MOMWANTSNOWAIST
