![]() These are, by far, the best sneakers I've ever worn. They're a little pricey, but they are definitely worth it! I didn't even have to break them in, like I've done for every other pair I've ever worn. They're so comfortable for walking shoes. It's amazing. I just had to share the good news with all ...

Even if you use the same running/fitness shoes and gym bag every day, take your shoes out of the bag and let the bag and your shoes dry out when you get home from your workout. ![]() Get up, Get Dressed, Get Moving! Every Morning, first thing, even before my Coffee/Tea, and logging on SP, I get dressed, work out shoes and all. It reminds and motivates me to exercise. ![]() In the 27 years I've been wearing shoes, I never bought a pair in wide till today. I went to a store where they watch you run and analyze your movement to figure out your needs. Then they measure you. I never realized how much my feet ached in my old shoes till I ran in the new pair.
