Syrup was adding wasteful calories and too sweet for me, well I've discovered apple sauce is just as good and tasty. Try it and let me know what you think! I use it on French toast, pancakes and my Belgium waffles to name a few
I drink my water as the first and the last drink of my day. I also drink it with every meal to get my 8 or more glasses in per day!
I have learned how to read while on the treadmil and it, too blocks the time. I feel like I'm really doing thing(s) for myself and using the time wisely. Even when I find myself wanting to read, I jump on the treadmill!

Soups are very filling and most are low in calories. Whenever I don't know what to eat, I grab a can of soup. Stay away from the creams!
When I travel, I carry packs of oatmeal with me. When I need breakfast, you can almost always find hot water. Packs of fruit helps as you can add it as well.
Try the natural remedy of vinegar and water in a jar around the house. It helps eliminate unnecessary odors.

Your bank statement tells a lot about you. Reveiw it, check out the hidden fees and extras and get rid of things you no longer need. I had a Netflix and a Blockbuster account. Who need two?!?! Do the same with credit cards, spring cleaning and spending! It's your money, why give it away?!
I love to travel and will pick the cheapest, best way to do it. I've drivien to other airports to get a better deal and count my savings. There may be pay for parking issues as well so consider your options. Works for me! Always check the web before taking your trip!
