Fresh Express Chopped Turkey Chef Salad
Everything comes in one package! The lettuce is in the bowl and the turkey, beef, cheese, croutons, and dressing are in the compartmentalized lid. Put the lid ingredients in the bowl, put the lid back on, and SHAKE!

Finger some L'Oreal EverPure Rosemary Mint Leave-In Conditioner through your hair before getting in the pool. It helps protect your hair against the chlorine. $10 for a 6 oz bottle.

I love them. You can't tell that you're wearing anything underneath your clothes. (And the black is slimming!)
Use 3 oz dispenser cups (like what your dentist uses, or the ones you buy for in your bathroom) for portion control. I put my trail mix, frozen yogurt, chex mix, grapes, etc in the cup and that's my portion!
Park the car and WALK into the drug store or pharmacy to get your meds, the cleaners to get your laundry or dry cleaning, Braum's (or your local equivalent) to get the NSA Frozen Yogurt that you earned! The steps will add up. (Pedometers don't lie!)
When I walk the mall in the mornings, I look at the manikins in the stores and think, "If I keep going, I'll be able to wear that someday."
