I enjoy the middle back stretch it is new to me and affective.
I enjoyed that stretching routine. I know that stretching is so important for our body.

Great stretch!
Restarted weight training after a long recovery. Light weights, then a long, brisk walk. Still sweating, but ready to stretch. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy! LOL Thanks, Nicole!!!
