Did my first day boot camp workout enjoyed it very much
This is a great workout! I did have to do the modified jumping jacks as I cannot jump! But i love coach Nicole's workouts!
Day 1 of 7 Day Bootcamp. Yayyy.....feeling good about this because I can do my cardio with walking the dog and do exercises right at home
Well I did it! One day at a time!!
Day 1: I like this instructor. As a beginner with bad knees, I'm happy she shows modifications that I can do. My heart was pumping and I actually got sweaty so I guess I did a decent beginner workout! Whoop Whoop!
Day one done 0 boy that was tougher than I thought
Day one ...done!! Felt good to do something for me and hopefully be the kick start I need to get on track again!!

This was a great way to get moving and start my day
First workout in a while and soooo happy i finished it with two toddler and plenty of animals trying to get in the way;P feeling accomplished!!!!
This was a really good little workout nice way to ease back into working out again.

Day 1 completed - need to keep motivated for the rest of the week. I'm determined to carry on and complete 1 full week. Wish me luck!
