Can this exercise be done with a 9" core ball? If not then I guess I will try this with my stability ball.

I love my foam roller and wish I could afford a second one; the one I have is black and rigid; the while ones are a little softer and useful for different exercises. I use my roller every day and it stays right on my living room floor except when company comes. For me I need to roll the inside of my thighs; my hamstrings are pretty strong at this time.
