Great gentle workout to warm me!
This was my first "workout" of any kind, other than leisurely walking, since A. Fib. diagnosis. Some increase in heart rate of course but not alarming. Stretches were nice!
Right under the video is a button to click that will track the calories from this workout.
I didn't really like doing lunges as my knees creak, and my balance isn't so good. I think I will modify it if this comes up in the challenge again.
I'm tracking my calorie intake and burned so I'm wondering how to figure out how many calories are burned during this video workout.

A nice mild workout to use as I make it back into full exercise mode as I recover following an auto accident...I have a torn lateral meniscus in my right knee...BUT GOD!!!

Did it would work better to view the video first then do it while shes instructing you through the exercises so you will know what shes doing since she says not to watch her.

Oh Nicole. This a good work out even if I just try to do what I can. I'd love it if you would show more routines for those of us who for whatever reason need to make accommodations for our reluctant bodies. Thanks in advance. And, oh yeah, how about changing our exercise tracker to include more for those 'impaired' to achieve. I finally worked up to a 16 minute mile with my walker- today. As someone said, "Yay me!" (It took me over 3 months to get there.)
