Like the low impact f this video. I was getting into t and it ended. That's okay, I just did it again.
First comment I've left on a video. Very unhappy with this one. Stops right in the middle. No warning, no cool down or stretch. I see from some other comments that it's a preview.

That should def be noted and this video removed or redone to allow for cooldown and stretching.

First video I've been disappointed with on Sparkpeople.
I find the same problem with the stopping and buffering, but I still like to do this workout partly because I get to know the steps and I enjoy it.
I'd love to do this workout but it keeps stopping and buffering argh. Youtube is still working fine. Not sure what is up.

I did a low impact cardio 11 min. I feel good but didn`t tell me the calories I burned . First day of ten min challenge . Onward we go

Great workout but it should be noted it is a preview. Stopped us right in the middle & we had to slow our heart rate down ourselves.
I agree with earlier posters that this should be noted as a "preview" and that it abruptly ends in the cardio high point with no cool down.

SparkPeople usually plays it safe and smart and this doesn't fit that criteria.

OMGsh! Totally love this workout! I am a stay at home Mom and it is too cold to walk with my boys, this is added to my daily routine now!
like the video but a little fast for seniors with artritis and issues such as that. or folks who can't stand for long time. but good workout ideas I enjoyed it a lot the music was great good beat for exercising. just have issues with doing this standing for so long is difficult for me .

Good video. I modified because I am a senior and have a few muscles issues. I was looking for an alternative to "Walk Away the Pounds" (I get bored easily.
A little fast for most beginners and seniors but would still recommend with the caution to modify if necessary.
This workout was great. It does end abruptly but I wouldn't want it any shorter!
I was starting to really get into the workout and was fun when it came to a complete end when my heart rate was just at a high point. Really either should let you know its only a preview or finish with a cool down.
