I tried to keep up it was fun, going to keep on trying until I can do it all the way through.
I move too slow but I had fun trying it!
Great workout. Couldn't do all the jumping moves but did my best and enjoyed it!
What a fun and active workout! Due to knee issues, I could not do the jumping and bouncing off of the floor but was still able to keep my heart rate up with the other moves. I need practice to get all of the moves going smoothly but will enjoy the practice.
Fun! I couldn't do it all but II had a good time trying!
thanks that was a ton of fun I modified a few moves and was lost a little but it didn't matter because I was smiling and having fun while burning calories . woo hoo this was supposed to be my rest day now I can say it was my fun day

This is fun--it's something to work up to.
Mixed feelings on this video. Was hard to follow at time and glad to know others had a problem with narration. didn't seem in sync. At times they focused on the faces when they should have been showing us the moves.
Had so much fun with this video!

I tried this video and it was good except i could not do some of them but did subsitute some of them but it was something different and i enjoy it thanks
I did the best I could, substituting moves when I didn't have the ability to do what they were. Glad I clicked on it.
