Trying to figure out if the food weight (ground turkey, etc.) is before or after cooking.
Broke my cell phone, needed another nutrition, exercise - low tech for my old smart cell phone demand. My last app would not work on my recycled old phone. I found this app that is fully supported on my computer as well. Cool.

I agree with the comments below. I've started spark people several times, but never carried through...always looking for a quick fix, and getting nowhere. I hope to dig in and make this commitment to make the life changes I desperately need to make. Thank you, Chris, for your incredible generosity at making this site available for us.
