Excellent article Coach Dean. It answered my questions on whether I was consuming enough calories for the activity level I have been doing in recent weeks.
Thanks for this article.. It is a great tool to understanding how the body works, and how it is that I need to keep fueling it to get the results I want..
Interesting! This information really helps you put things into perspective
This series is one of my all-time favorites in SP! I was over-exercising and under-fueled before going through it; and my workouts weren't doing me as much good as they should have. Following these nutritional guidelines (and adding regular rest) made all the difference. I particularly enjoyed the combination of science with practical tips. MORE like this one, please!
Yet another five-star article by Coach Dean! Tied experience with facts. Thanks, Coach Dean!
