I love swimming.. unfortunately the chlorine levels in public pools are harsh on my lungs (I have asthma as well as various allergies) and makes aerobic water exercises do a little more harm than good. And there's no swimming laps out in the lake, especially not with all of the people around in the designated swimming areas! -.-; Report
Loved this article - I've been swimming since January and I miss it when I can't get to the pool! Thanks for letting everyone know - the lanes may be more crowded but the more the merrier! Report
Great article. I found it necessary to wear "water shoes" during aerobics to protect my feet as the pool has a rough bottom to help prevent slipping in the shallow end. Report
