How often I have looked a children playing and skipping and thought that if I just copied them I would drop the weight in no time. Have you tried skipping lately? it's work. I don't look so silly if I take my daughter on a walk with me.
This was one of the best articles I've read. It gets you motivated to want to go play with your kids, and that's always a good thing.Your killing two birds with one stone. Your getting healthy and your children have fun playing with you.
This is such a lovely, heartening article - well done!
What a great article! This was a great way to start my morning.
Watch a kid eat sometimes too....parents are too focused on their foods, and kids simply STOP if they are not hungry. How often do we just stop before we are unable to move if we have something that we enjoy eating. To kids, it doesn't matter what it is, if they are not hungry, they will just stop eating. They really do know what it's like to be fit! ;0)
I love this article. It is so true!!!!
Great article... reminds you that there is a not so serious side to getting fit!
This article reminded me to enjoy watching my boys when they run and play by joining them instead of spending those few moments doing dishes and returning phone calls. That can wait.

I work with children everyday, mostly two year olds and you are correct I need to follow their lead. Why did I not think of this on my on.
