How often I have looked a children playing and skipping and thought that if I just copied them I would drop the weight in no time. Have you tried skipping lately? it's work. I don't look so silly if I take my daughter on a walk with me. Report

Watch a kid eat sometimes too....parents are too focused on their foods, and kids simply STOP if they are not hungry. How often do we just stop before we are unable to move if we have something that we enjoy eating. To kids, it doesn't matter what it is, if they are not hungry, they will just stop eating. They really do know what it's like to be fit! ;0) Report
