This article helps me a lot!
There should be an article dedicated to each stage with photos.
easy, helpful ways to help support children in life long healthy ways
Great article! Clear, concise, helpful, useful, important! THANKS
THIS IS REALLY GOOD WONDER IF SCHOOL PRINCIPALS WOULD READ IT AND GIVE COPY TO EACH OF THE TEACHERS . DON'T BELIEVE SCHOOL HAVE PHYICAL EDUCATION ANYMORE FOR K-6...BUT STILL THIS WOULD BE EXCELLENT FOR THEM AT RECESSES...
This article is great, it should be sent to all the schools, especially here in New Zealand where a lot of emphasis is being placed on sport and physical fitness in the kids school day. Primary school teachers totally unqualified as fitness instructors who usually know very little about the physical development of young bodies are wrecking our kid's ankles, knees and backs with totally inappropriate fitness training.
This is a really helpful article...even as a soon to be physical education teacher:-) Kudos!!!
