I'm stealing the term "planovers". it sounds better than "leftovers" which indicates that it was what no one wanted after the meal.
Thanks for the helpful suggestions, I've been wanting to cook more at home instead of just picking something up on the way home or making a sandwich.
it is a rare day that we eat out. so it's boring here to eat every day. love to once in a while break free and get my kicks by eating a meal that someone else has cooked even if it's too high in costs for my wallet. Homemade is best.
We’re eating out less and less. The quality of restaurant or prepared foods is much lower than home cooked, unless we want to pay top prices. There’s also the convenience of being at home.
