I broke my total weight loss goal down so I know how much I want to lose each week to get me to my final goal. It's working great. I feel so rewarded at the end of the week, when my goal for the week was successfully met! Report

Having retired this past year, my goals are to declutter my house (done), get it refreshed to sell ( done), get moved then find or build a new house, get it decorated etc including a home gym w/ lots of fitness equipment. That is all long term as part of my weight loss goal. However since I view this as a lifestyle, I'm less concerned about the goals needing to be short term. I'm stubborn enough to just stick w/ the whole program.
And I see no reason to weigh in often. Once every 3 or 4 weeks works for me. Report
