Great article with great advice! I work out first thing in the morning and am trying to add in a 3 to 5 minute walk/dance per hour. I am very sedentary because of my job and am trying to get to 10,000 steps a day. It is a challenge for me!! Report

I am definitely a pack animal, but Covid-19 restrictions make that pretty difficult right now. This year, though, we have had enough snow to go snowshoeing for the first time in several years, and it's a great workout! Being flexible is one part of being successful! Report
