All the exercises are great and doable, except for the lungs. That's extremely hard on the knees and being 180 pounds overweight, I would probably blow them out! Great article though, will give the rest a try. Report
Nice! After losing 77 lbs I still can't do lunges/squats but keep trying. I like the mention do less than 10 mins if you can't do 10. That's the only way I got started by doing 5 mins. I tell friends/relatives to do this. Report
