Too many fall for the hype. Get some hand weights! Report
I agree with others. Several of these are ripe for causing injury. I hear so many stories of people going to a group KB class and ending up with injuries. Back and shoulders are especially prone.

Some of these are a bit advanced for beginners on the kettlebell. First thing probably should be the basic kettle swing. Great workout, not too hard. Just watch the form - Russian swing, not American swing. Report
