I cannot believe that articles are sending us off-site to places I consider to be threats to my device security. Wow. Along with allowing spammers to continue to plague the community feeds and comments, I'm beginning to suspect SparkPeople cannot be safe for me to continue using. Too bad.

I'm 60, and some younger generations must think it is A-okay to just practice un-safe social media and data-stealing sites. I recall the reason for the virus attacks on Windows: Bill Gates stole Open-Source programming being developed in New Mexico and he ran off and patented it claiming he did the work.

Folks, please pay attention to what is going on right here. Know that if you are cavalier about your computer, smart phone or tablet that you can open yourself up to identity theft, ransomware, and more.
