Now that I'm at the upper end of the 50's, I wish someone had pointed some of these suggestions to me sooner. -- More than one of them resonate with me!
* I still haven't found my "why"!
* Only do the things that help me to feel better! (That's why I QUIT ST. I always hurt for days afterward.)
* Don't be afraid to do less rather than more.
* Needing to eat more quality & less all together. Report
