Good thoughts to help stay on track. Good reminder to pack lunch and snacks when out of the house, the temptation to buy fast food is great! Report
something is wrong with several of your spark point systems. It reads Javascript void. What the heck does that mean? Help I read all three articles so far and can't get any points. Very frustrating. LOL Thanks Report
Love these ideas to help me stay strong! I'm going to create a collage to help me
have a visual of all the things I want to do: horseback riding, drive a race car, hiking near waterfalls, and a host of other things. :) This gives me a lot of impetus to do this tonight! THANK YOU! Report
I like the idea of reward, putting $1 into a special account to purchase additional fitness equipment, dvds, shoes or the like. Alternatively a $1 penalty for not doing your daily routine would also work. Report

Absolutely, I believe that weight loss should never be solely about the number on the scale. Identifying how I wanted my life to be affected helped me make changes for my LIFESTYLE. I'm not "on track" or "off track" because I'm just living a new lifestyle. It's not hard to stick to, or something I "have" to do, it just IS. I don't plan out meals or stick to a rigid menu, but I do keep stocked up with fruits, veggies and healthy snacks. I eat smaller portions of high cal/high fat foods (sparingly), and am sure to work in the extra calories and fat into my Spark Nutrition Tracker ranges. So far, so good! :D Report
