I need to reread this article occasionally because I will stray from one of the points the author has brought up and it is why I stall out. Being diabetic it is a fine balance consuming the proper amount of carbs. Report

When I was going to the gym, I would do one set (10-12 reps) to exhaustion take a break and only be able to complete 5 or 6 reps of the 2nd set. I still saw results doing it 3 times a week. Report
