Over the years I've tried many methods recommended by both my friends and family but none of them seemed to work out for me until I chanced upon this holy grail where I've lost almost 33 pounds in just 1 month trying it out! what about the "I don't want to become one of *them*"? Meaning if you happen to be very judgmental/catty about a certain type of person - like the social media "models" that do nothing but post slutty "look at my body" pics for attention. What if you lose the weight and then start acting like that?! Totally irrational, obviously (like all of these emotional things), because of course you can be fit without acting trashy. Or maybe you're afraid that people will think you're *that* type of person just because you'll look like you could be. Report
