whew!! i can totally feel that triple toner!! yay
I did pretty well until the last exercise...which means I probably need it. But that last one was brutal. I didn't have a problem following as I have done most of these before.
I love this so much! im going to try and do it a few times a week, so maybe i'll post again then and share my progress. I'm definitely at a beginners level, so to me this was very challenging. The only concern I have is not knowing if my back is straight on exercise number 3. I'll have to give this a shot in front of a mirror!
I really can't figure out how the first exercise works - I try to follow the directions step by step but it makes no sense. Is there any way you can upload a video which would be much easier to follow. Loving the skinny jeans workout but literally cannot get this first exercise at all.
