Gonna keep this in my back pocket! Report
These are great exercises and presented in a very motivating way!!...I already did my 10 minutes of exercising...just beginning with my program...but will try these soon as an addition, especially when on a rainy day....Thank you!! Report

Love these exercises. There are a couple that my knees just won't allow me to do, but I will improvise. I'm sure I can figure out a floor exercise or a standing one that will suffice! :D

Thanks Nicole! :D

These are good, and most are doable, but modifications for some are a must. It's a pity modifications are never shown. Tricep dips are out of the question. I would injure myself trying those. Report
Perfect for when I am stuck in a hotel room and wanting to exercise at weird hours. Report
Thanks for the ideas and I love the spring time names might use those names all the time. Makes you want to do them because of the names at least that is how I feel.

More proof that there's no excuse...thanks for this! Report
Looks like a perfect pre-run warmup, cute idea to give the moves "spring-like" names. Can't wait to finally workout outside. Report
Loved this one and am saving it for a rainy day! Report
These will also be good if your going to be away from home, and don't want to have to take a lot of equipment Report
Can't do right now, but saved for later. Really looked like a fun workout!
