I so wish I was at that point when I was pregnant. I think it would have made my pregnancies much more enjoyable. Report
I would say make sure you do exercise in pregnancy too, even if that means walking, gentle aerobics or anything you like, and is not too hard... the WORST you can do for your health and you, is stop working out completely and just eat till you drop, because you are pregnant. Once you deliver- its obvious you have been eating not for 2 but 3.... not a good idea! Report
Really enjoyed this article, my doctor told me that at my weight might hinder my chances of becoming pregnant. And there is nothing more I want to do in this world than become a mom...not right now, but in the near future. The part of the article that stated "revisit your childhood" I have been hula hooping and playing four square - talk about throw backs! Report
