6 Diet Rules Meant to be Broken

Good article and some great things to remember. Report
great article Report
I started intermittent fasting to lose weight about 2 months ago, and for me it is a manageable “diet,” and it seemed like the way I want to eat. I’m 20 pounds down and don’t feel deprived. I don’t eat after 7 pm, not because I’m worried what I eat is stored easier, but because it’s a strategy to avoid bedtime snacking. I don’t eat breakfast either, because I think it makes me hungrier during the day when I do. By limiting my food intake to 6 hours a day several days a week, I find it easier to manage how much I eat. It probably doesn’t work for everyone but I doubt there’s a way to lose weight that works for everyone. I’m sure intermittent fasting would be a problem for diabetics and other health issues. Rules, old or new, that everyone would benefit from equally from, are few. Report
