There are very few fruits and veggies that I do not like. I grew up a farmer's daughter. We ate what we grew. Report

No excuses. I like having some already sliced and diced from the grocery store for those times when I'm just not feeling it - not wanting to spend time preparing. Report
I have been using several of these for a long time. One other way is to buy frozen as they are as healthy or even more so when flash freezing. Report

These are very good responses to those who have a problem with fruits and vegetables. Although, the veggies seem to be the most of it. I hear a lot of that they just don't like anything about veggies. Me? Have no issues. It is 3/4 of what I eat, mostly organic. Report
How much nutrient loss do you get with grilling or stir frying? I am not fond of lettuce or celery because they don't have much flavor and I avoid onions and peppers because they give me heartburn. I don't like mushy overboiled vegetables. I like grilled brussel sprouts much better than boiled. How well are the vitamins kept in soups and stews. How about dried beans? Has the drying process lowered the nutritional value some? Report
