I've been doing this workout a lot now. At first, my shoulders were popping, but not anymore!
This is a remarkable upperr body work out. How do I print this exercise?
these exercises can be modified to perform from a chair if you are unable to get down on the floor due to limited mobility.

I have 2 artificial knees and it isn't real comfortable to be on them but I got most of the way through that way. When the wireless cut off, I went to another computer and redid the video from a chair and you can get just as good a workout that way. It's only the pushups you can't do from the chair. Do them on your toes or use the edge of a couch maybe.

Modifications for those w/ bad knees:
I would think the "on your knees" part could be done seated in a dining room or office chair without arm rests. I got one bad knee - getting down to do these exercises isn't much of a problem - getting up is another story! I think I'll try this next time to see how it works.
we need modifications on these video's for those of us with bad knees.
I love working out with resistance bands. it's the best thing for me to work with due to my limitations at the present. Simple & effective!!
I like working with the resistance bands.Its a simple effective way to work out and can be easily modified for those who are disabled,like sitting in a chair and exercising.

OK my mistake! I had to change some properties since I use this laptop at work too!
