Snacking is a challenge for many of us, and I am no exception!

Being given some concrete examples of "good stuff" to munch on during the big game(or any other time) was really helpful; it gives me the chance to do some planning, instead of eating without thinking. There were plenty of goodies that even folks who don't need to watch their weight are going to love. Report
