I REALLY ENJOYED THIS ARTICLE.
I use to smoke but i stopped two years ago :) but I did it the same for eating emotional reasons.
I just can't understand why ANYONE smokes! Yuck.
Several year ago, I wanted to lose weight. I would only eat a bagel and a cup of coffee for breakfast. I would skip munch and dinner. I did lose thee 60 pounds and became a size 6. The only problem was I had destroyed my immunity system. I had already had a non-malignant breat problem. After the diet, I did develop breast cancer. Fortunately, it was caught in the early stages. I am cancer free for five years. I will never do that to myself again. I attributed the breast cancer to poor diet and my body's inability to fend off diseases. There is on history of breast cancer in my family.
I wish I had read this three weeks ago before I fell off the diet and exercise wagon. I now have flu, so take this as a warning and follow the advice in the article!!
This is a great article and a good reminder coming up to the winter months.
