My Husband and I are starting Tomorrow 5-16-10
this sounds great!!! What is your opinion of stairs as excercise? I mean like 15 or 20 flights a day for a workout?
I've been following this program and I know that it works! I don't let the "wall" stop me when I meet it at 15 min!! I just push through the "wall" with deep breaths and focus and find myself going forward with determination. I am now doing 60 minutes 5-6 days a week. Each day becomes easier and easier! I'm feeling fantastic!
I lost weight before by starting out this way, I know it works!
I've always enjoyed walking and it has helped me in the past. I love that there's a schedule and routine printed out here to follow. It's a motivater for me. Starting on Sept. 1 as well. LET'S GO!!!!!
I am going to begin this program on Monday September 1st. I hope this acts as a stepping stone to help me on my path to running again. Good luck to everyone else who tries it!
