Interesting pieces in this article
Nice selection! Thank you!
Morning workout before anything, then get ready for the day and then breakfast. About 1 hour or so after my workout.
Good information and some good ideas for snacks.
Don't think about refueling after a workout. That's for my next planned meal. I have been doing it wrong for all these years.
This article is very helpful. Thank you for sharing!
I really appreciate the information in this article...................Thank You.
Excellent article, Good snacking recipes including carbs/protein/fats.
Great snacking ideas.
I will eat post IF I am hungry (sometimes I am) but sometimes I am not. I did a trial (thru work) to learn what hunger really feels like and to eat if body is hungry for food (not just thirsty). But not to eat if NOT hungry-your body won’t use it. This is just my thoughts.
I read an interesting article recently where a study has shown different responses to post exercise eating in men and women. Disappointingly for me, it said that calories used by the body after exercise drops faster in women if you eat soon after, So not the best for weight loss. Of course there’s probably a study that shows the opposite- I’m on the lookout!
