Today I did a Kathy Smith Kickboxing workout for 45 minutes, then I did 15 minutes on the exercise bike. I wanted to be lazy, but I knew I didn't want to post that I did nothing. Thanks for making me work out.

Never say "only" when it comes to exercise. If you did some exercise you are doing great.

8/30/2010 35 minutes of wii dance mat, 10 minutes of stationary bike, and 15 minutes of driving golf balls in the yard. I'm so glad I'm doing this challenge. It is helping me get more active.

I have only done 105 minutes in the last four day. I knew it would be hard-parents had three doctor appointments this week . One day I was just lazy. Still have a few days left in the month. Hope everyone has a good weekend?

It was so beautiful outside today so I went for a nice long 5 mile walk. It took me 75 minutes. I might do something else later, I'm not sure yet. Kickboxing is really fun, especially when you're mad at someone, it is not hard.

I wonder if I could do Kickboxing? I don't have very good legs. The dance mat I have makes me jump up and hit two spots at one time. I haven't been able to do that yet. LOL

Everyone have a great day. I'm going to a Church clean up today. That will burn some calories.

Yesterday I fell asleep on the sofa after work and didn't get any exercise in. Today I did an hour long kickboxing DVD. It was fun.

8/27 Today I spent about 60 minutes at the golf driving range, driving balls. I walked alot too, at Home Depot and at the golf course so I logged 30 minutes there.

Today I did Leslie Sansone Walk Away the pounds 3 mile walk for 50 minutes and then I did 15 minutes on the exercise bike for a total of 65 minutes.

Today I did an exercise DVD for 30 minutes. I finished up with 30 minutes on the exericse bike. We hit 110F today with 112 expected for tomorrow.

I think I will copy you QUADCMOM and do the 60 minutes a day. I am sort of stuck weight wise and need something to get moving again. Maybe that will help.

Let's end August with a bang. There are 9 days left so let's make and exercise challenge to really push ourselves. Post what your exercise challenge will be then post your progress on this thread.

My personal challenge is to exercise and log at least 60 minutes of exercise each of the 9 days.
