This is the thread for posting your daily exercise activities for the month of June. Every day, post any activity that burns calories. Motivate yourself and maybe someone else to exercise more frequently.

Summer is here.. Set a goal of at least 20 minutes of exercise a day. If you have not been exercising, start with walking and post all of your activities. Strive for 10,000 steps. but only do whatever is right for you. Show and post your daily steps. We have many members who do much more walking than they realize. Get an inexpensive pedometer -$5.

Keep active; keep moving. Motion is lotion for your joints.
