So we all know how hard cutting calories from our diets can be. Being smaller in stature, we simply have less wiggle room to work with if we want to eat healthy and nutritious. It really comes down to the other side of the weight loss coin--exercise. We can't eat less so we need to exercise more. With that in mind comes this week's challenge.

This week, I would like everyone to try to do 25 extra minutes of exercise. I know we are all busy and our lives place many demands upon us...but come on. 25 minutes. We can do this. If you exercise 5 times a week, that's only 5 extra minutes each session. Or squeeze in 2 extra sessions of 12 1/2 minutes. Ultimately, the change will be worth the extra effort.

You don't need to post in response, but we would love to hear from you on this challenge. Let us know what you are doing to get in your extra time, how you felt about it, whatever.
